IP Network System Engineer:
IP Network System Engineer is responsible for the implementation, deployment and successful integration of public safety radio communications networks. The ideal candidate will also have substantial IP Networking experience and demonstrable success interfacing with customers. The position requires domestic travel. Experience designing, installing and maintaining IP Networks is a prerequisite. Experience with public safety radio systems is a plus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Good working knowledge of IP Networking, especially IP VPN networks (including MPLS, IP SEC tunneling, Multicasting, PIM Sparse Mode, QoS, DiffServ protocol, VPN/tunnel terminations, routers, servers and firewalls)

Experience with setting up/configuring routers, servers, firewalls

Working knowledge of IP networks and Linux systems (VoIP a plus)

Working knowledge of TDM, DSL, RS232, V.35, T1/T3

Working knowledge of setting up IP VPN tunnels through existing network connections (regardless of ISP)

Ability to quickly grasp new products and technologies.

Ability to read and create network diagrams and documentation.

Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.

IP Networking, IT and/or Cisco certifications is a plus
