Major New York Security Firm to Offer Mutualink’s Multimedia Interoperability Solution

Wallingford, Connecticut July 28, 2008 - Mutualink, Inc. announced that it signed a Reseller Agreement with Michael Stapleton Associates, a New York-based security firm. Under the agreement, Michael Stapleton Associates will utilize Mutualink’s multimedia interoperability solution to serve its nation-wide corporate, government and maritime customers. Michael Stapleton Associates will initially install Mutualink in the New York metro area at its main Operations Center in Manhattan as well at its clients’ locations. The Mutualink system will enable multimedia interoperable communications, including 2-way radio, telephone, video and public address systems, to be seamlessly linked into dynamic, real time security communications. Mutualink will also provide direct dispatch-to-dispatch communications via Voice-over-IP enabling coordination among Michael Stapleton Associates’ expert staff and their clients’ security personnel.
